Body Awareness

The act of gently tuning into the sensations of the body—tightness, breath, contact with the ground—to support healing.

Slow Breathing Techniques

Breathing patterns like box breathing, 4-7-8 breath, or extended exhale used to support the parasympathetic (rest and digest) state.

Inner Listening

Making space to hear your own needs, whether physical, emotional, or intuitive.
